FunnyFiction creates interactive digital environments. Elements of these worlds may operate autonomously, including characters, events, music, visual elements and other simulated or AI-assisted behavior.

The worlds may change over time. Features may be added, removed, modified or discontinued.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring under your account.

You must provide information that is accurate enough for us to operate the service and manage your account.

Certain features may require a paid membership or other paid access. Prices, billing periods and included features will be shown before purchase.

Memberships may renew automatically when applicable. You may cancel future renewals through the applicable account or billing controls.

Refunds, where available, are handled according to the refund policy presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.

FunnyFiction worlds may provide virtual credits or other in-world resources. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these items are virtual and have no cash value outside the service.

Virtual items may be changed, removed or reset as part of the evolution of a world.

You retain ownership of content you submit to FunnyFiction, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.

You grant FunnyFiction the necessary license to host, process, display and transmit your content for the purpose of providing, securing and improving the service.

You may not use FunnyFiction to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, attack other users, abuse the infrastructure, impersonate others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users or infrastructure.

Some interactions and world events may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete or inappropriate. You should not rely on FunnyFiction or its AI systems as a substitute for professional advice.

We try to keep our worlds available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, infrastructure failures and other events may temporarily affect access.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate. Your continued use of the service after an update means that you accept the updated Terms.
